What bookkeeping services do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive suite of bookkeeping services including Monthly Bookkeeping, Catch-Up and Cleanup, QuickBooks Online Setup, QuickBooks Training, Job Costing and Project Profitability, and Business Advisory and Support. Each service is tailored to meet the specific needs of your business.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online?
Yes. We are Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors. QuickBooks Online is our primary platform, and we have deep expertise in setting it up correctly, customizing it for your industry, and ensuring your books are accurate and optimized.
What is catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping?
Catch-up bookkeeping is the process of bringing months or years of behind, disorganized financial records completely up to date. We review every transaction, reconcile all accounts, correct errors, and deliver clean financial statements so you can move forward with confidence.
How often will my books be updated?
For monthly bookkeeping clients, your books are updated and reconciled on a monthly basis. You receive a complete financial reporting package (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) at the close of each month.
Do you work with businesses of all sizes?
Absolutely. We work with solo entrepreneurs, growing companies, and established businesses across all industries. Our services scale to match your transaction volume and complexity.
Can you help if my books are behind?
Yes. This is one of our specialties. No matter how far behind your books are, we can get them caught up. We have cleaned up books that were months or even years behind schedule. We do not judge your situation. We just fix it.
Will I receive financial reports?
Yes. Every monthly bookkeeping client receives a standard reporting package including a Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows. We are also available to explain these reports and answer any questions.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Absolutely. All of our monthly bookkeeping clients receive ongoing support. We are always available to answer questions, explain reports, and provide guidance on accounting best practices.
Do you serve clients nationwide?
Yes. We provide fully remote bookkeeping services to clients across all 50 states. Our secure, cloud-based workflows ensure seamless communication and collaboration regardless of your location.
What are your in-person meeting locations?
We are headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL and offer in-person meetings throughout South Florida (Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Miami) and Central Florida (Orlando, Lakeland, Tampa). All other clients are served remotely.
How much do your services cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300/month, catch-up and cleanup starts at $500, and QuickBooks Online setup starts at $450. Advisory services are custom-priced. We provide a free evaluation and personalized quote based on your specific needs.
