By using the services provided by The Number Crunch Bunch LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

The Number Crunch Bunch LLC provides professional bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup, cleanup, training, job costing, and advisory services. The specific scope of work for each engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information, maintaining access to necessary accounts and software, and timely communication regarding their bookkeeping needs.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Monthly bookkeeping services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. One-time services (setup, cleanup) are billed upon completion or per agreed milestones.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial data with the highest level of confidentiality. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Number Crunch Bunch LLC provides bookkeeping services only. We do not provide tax advice, legal advice, or audit services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered during the period in which any issue arose.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. All work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
